Meetings are held every 3rd Tuesday of the month from 7pm until 9pm. We’re meeting virtually via Zoom. Our current plan is to continue to hold regular meetings via Zoom and hope to hold some in-person events from time to time. For more details on our meetings, click here.

You need not be a member to attend.

Annual dues for membership are $25. Just at a time when we all thought the price of everything is inflating, TMUG is lowering the price of membership. Thanks to the careful way that our treasurer along with the board have managed our finances.

Meetings the monthly TMUG meetings provide 

• Interesting and educational presentations and demonstrations of all the current Apple Products
• An opportunity for you to contact other Apple users and local professionals to ask questions and get technical help. Socializing is part of the fun. (When we are able to resume in-person meetings.)
• Super Raffle: To promote attendance at our monthly meetings, each current member will receive a ticket to our yearly Super Raffle. Thus members can receive as many as 12 Super Raffle tickets in a year. Raffle tickets for each Zoom based meeting must be filled out and deposited in our raffle-ticket box by Curt Blanchard. 
• The winning Super Raffle ticket is drawn in March from all the tickets collected during the year. The prize varies, but it is always worthwhile.
• During our monthly Zoom based online meetings an Apple Gift card will be given to one lucky TMUG member in attendance that month.
• Monthly raffles for Mac and iOS related items such as printers, hard drives, gadgets, software, iTunes gift cards, books, and manuals. You’ll receive a free raffle ticket at each meeting. If you wear a TMUG-logoed item of clothing you’ll receive an extra ticket. (During our, now infrequent, in-person meetings.)
• We have a Freebies table where you can recycle your unwanted Mac/iOS items or pick up someone else's unwanted treasures for free. (When we are able to resume somr in-person meetings.)

TMUG is an online community of Apple users, most but not all located in Tucson, 

Arizona. Members are eligible to sign up for the TMUG forums to discuss Apple-related topics, receive answers to questions, provide recommendations for computer-related products or services, list items wanted to buy or sell, etc.

• Deals on equipment and software
• Training, tips, techniques, and recommendations.
• MacOS and iOS operating systems
• Hardware and software operation and troubleshooting
• Computer networks and the Internet
• TV and video on the Mac: Apple TV, TV-related hardware & software, and video editing.
• Applications for the Mac, iPhone, iPod, iPad, and home automation

In addition to the public, Apple-related bargains sites on the web, TMUG receives private notifications of limited-time/limited-quantity bargain pricing on Apple items. We post these in our members-only Special Deals in the TMUG Forums. Some of the recent deals posted include:

• Special prices on software and training materials directly from publishers and developers.
• Through their generosity, Tucson's local Apple Specialist, Simutek, and Cartridge World give TMUG members discounts.
